CheckMovieHash now fails

Description
Hi guys, I've been using the redstone xml-rpc client to communicate with your webservice using CheckMovieHash?. which worked beautifully for several months. But it's now been one week that this call completely fails.
I'm getting this error:
Caused by: redstone.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException?: A problem occured during parsing
at redstone.xmlrpc.XmlRpcParser?.parse(XmlRpcParser?.java:151)
at redstone.xmlrpc.XmlRpcClient?.handleResponse(XmlRpcClient?.java:429)

Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed in prolog.
at com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.parsers.AbstractSAXParser.parse(AbstractSAXParser.java:1231)
at redstone.xmlrpc.XmlRpcParser?.parse(XmlRpcParser?.java:147)
Any idea what is now going wrong ? is this service still running ok ?

- Status changed from new to closed
that time we got some problems with server I guess.
This issue is *not* occurring any longer I would assume this is now fixed.
The problem did last for over 1 week though. Is there another facility to raise problems ? Plenty of app user use application that relies on this API to be working, it would be great if downtime/malfunction of a service don't last too long :)
